Troubleshooting
- App won’t open or crashes: Make sure your device is running iOS 14+ or Android 8+ (or a recent version). Try closing and reopening the app, or reinstalling it.
- Can’t sign in: Use the Google account that your organization has allowed for Hivyq Hub. If access was recently granted, wait a few minutes and try again.
- Features missing: Some features (e.g. parking, meeting rooms) are enabled per organization. If you don’t see a feature, your admin may need to grant you access.
